14-day gurantee

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We take pride in the quality of our handmade wares that we sell. We will give you a 14-day window from the time you receive your order if the product you have purchased is damaged or has a defect.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@treeofakind.com.au and include as many details as possible about the problem with your product, including images of the damage/defect. We will get back to you within 3 business days to resolve the problem.

What if i change my mind?

As our items are handcrafted and typically made to order, we cannot accept a return if you have changed your mind, chosen the wrong style or selected the wrong product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

How do I return faulty items?

Once you have contacted us, please pack the product well to prevent further damage. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
